Prof.Frédéric DOBRUSZKES is an FNRS Senior Research Associate and teacher at the Free University of Brussels (ULB), where he also leads the Inter-University Centre for Mobility Studies (CIEM, Brussels) and its Postgraduate Degree in Transport and Logistics. He is an Academician of the Royal Academy of Science, Letters and Fine Arts of Belgium and has served as the Chair of the International Geographical Union’s (IGU) Commission on Transport and Geography. He is also a member of the editorial board of the Journal of Transport Geography. With a strong interdisciplinary focus, his research spans urban mobility, transport planning, and long distance mobilities, making significant contributions to the field.
